EMSProtocols.online Pricing

Pricing as of June 5th, 2021:

$1.00 per page per year for hosting.
$5.00 per page per creation or update.
Agencies are billed December 1st and due by January 1st for the following calendar year.
Hosting is pro-rated if starting mid-year.

Definitions

Creation: When a new page is created by EMSProtocols.online staff.
Hosting: Maintenance of documents on the EMSProtocols.online website. These documents are available to be viewed on computers or mobile devices. Additionally, a PDF version is hosted and available for download and use when internet connection is not possible in the field.
Page: Typically, protocols have pages of complaints, medications, or procedures. The "chest pain protocol" is considered one "page," for example, even if it is more than one paper page when printed. PDF files and other support documents are not counted as "pages."
Update: Modification of a protocol page. Correction of errors or typos made by EMSProtocols.online staff do not count as "updates" and will be corrected at no cost. Routine edits and addition of new features (i.e. new medical calculators, links to resources, etc.) are often made by EMSProtocols.online staff at no cost.
